Deventer, April 11 2008: Green Data Systems today starts her new Partner Program: The GreenIT Provider Program.
The usage of energy and the environmental impact of IT-Systems has become a top priority for most enterprises.
To help IT Partners reach the goals set by customers, Green Data Systems developed the GreenIT Provider Program. With the program Green Data Systems enables her partners to implement and measure GreenIT strategies and -systems. The program is a platform for both IT Resellers and Vendors.
Marketinformation shows that the costs of energy regarding servers and storage grow tremendously. Latest figures from IDC show that 50 cents is spent on energy for every dollar spent on hardware in a typical data center. That cost is rising about 50 percent a year.
