Mr. J. (Jaap) Pronk RA (52) is appointed as new member of the Supervisory board of Green Data Systems. The general meeting of shareholders appointed Mr. Pronk Friday October 5th, 2007.
Mr. Pronk has an extensive experience in the area of Data Systems Distribution and its the international expansion. Mr. Pronk has been responsible as the CFO for Bell Microproducts Europe and has an extensive knowledge and experience in Data Storage Systems and the management of an internationals trade company.
The appointment of Mr. Pronk follows the strategic focus and the international expansion strategy of the company. Green Data Systems is specialized in the distribution of "green" data systems and has offices in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands and is expanding rapidly. The Supervisory Board is close involved in the strategic company operation, company performances and the international expansion of the company. Because of his extensive experience and knowledge in this area Mr. Pronk will contribute to the further expansion of the company.
Mr. J. Pronk (1954) is chartered accountant (RA) and finalized his study with the specialization Information Technology Informatics in 1984. Mr. Pronk worked 12 years for Deloitte & Touche. Till 2005 Mr. Jaap Pronk was active as the CFO for Bell Microproducts Solutions Europe (NASDAQ quoted).
